About Bedworth Arts Centre |
Enriching the culture of Bedworth
Bedworth Arts Centre is located in Bedworth Town Centre as part of the Civic Hall complex. It provides accommodation and services for arts based activities for the community of Bedworth and the surrounding area and is widely known for its high quality provision of such services.
This includes participation activities such as regular workshops and tuition opportunities for artists, drama, music and other related arts forms for a wide cross section of society including youth groups, the disabled and the older generations. There is an intimate studio theatre with sound and lighting facilities which is used to stage both professional and amateur productions of all kinds on a regular basis.
A combined coffee bar, lounge and exhibition gallery provides a welcoming atmosphere where clients can participate in the many workshops organised each week or view the art exhibitions.
The Centre is proud of its small but dedicated staff and tutors who give their time for little or no monetary rewards but who maintain the operation up to 6 days per week in a professional manner. Other services provided include photocopying monochrome & colour, computer services, graphic design service and there is a library of local arts history in the area.
Bedworth Arts Centre has adopted a policy to combat discrimination on all levels in its operation and employment practices.
